Gavage Nutrition

Nutritionally complete isocaloric nutrition with a high content of protein (quality whey protein) and soluble fibre. It is designed for patients in all phases of critical illness and convalescence, who need for a high dose of protein and a reduced amount of energy. It is also suitable for obese patients, incl. sarcopenic obesity and patients with diabetes mellitus. Improved digestion and absorption is ensured by a high proportion of MCT fats and low osmolarity. The nutrition supports the protective function of the intestinal barrier thanks to the added fibre (inulin). It is prepared without gluten or lactose.

Recommended for patients with malnutrition or at risk of it in chronic or acute kidney disease in the pre-dialysis stage.
