Nutrego clinical nutrition products are aimed at everyone who needs to improve their nutritional health. They contain all the important components (macro and micronutrients) to provide the body with the substances it needs. These products can act as dietary supplements (sip feeds), e.g. the need to consume more energy or protein. They can also be used as a single source of nutrition if it is not possible to consume enough food in the conventional way. Each product has its own specifics and indications, so it is advisable to consult a doctor or nutritional therapist first.

Availability of Nutrego products is ensured via medical facilities, including pharmacies, but it is also possible to buy them online. Nutrego clinical nutrition products can also be prescribed by a doctor (specialist) and reimbursed by your health insurance company but the indications must be met for their use.

RENAL

Nutritionally complete hypercaloric nutrition with adjusted amounts of proteins and electrolytes (phosphorus, potassium, sodium) for patients with malnutrition or at risk of it in chronic or acute kidney disease in the pre-dialysis stage. Nutrego RENAL can also be used in patients with hypertension due to a low amount of sodium. It does not contain gluten or lactose, so it is suitable for lactose intolerance and coeliac disease.

Nutritionally complete isocaloric nutrition with a low glycaemic index and soluble fibre intended for malnutrition or the risk of it in patients with diabetes mellitus or hyperglycaemia. Soluble fibre supports proper bowel function. Nutrego DIA can also be used in overweight or obese patients to compensate for nutritional deficiencies.
